CDS Previous Year Cutoff Analysis: Combined Defence Services Exam cutoff is the minimum qualifying mark that candidates need to score to clear the written exam. UPSC releases the cutoff marks after the complete process of the UPSC CDS exam. The final UPSC CDS cutoff is calculated based on the marks of the last recommended candidate after final selection. The minimum qualifying marks in each subject are 20 marks, i.e. 20%., which keep varying as per the UPSC norms. On the basis of cutoff declared by UPSC, candidates are called for Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (AFA), and Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) respectively.
